Dossier to Ethiopia! Today is a HUGE milestone in our adoption of baby Lukowitz #2! Our dossier, the huge pile of paperwork we had to complete, has been translated, authenticated, and arrived in Ethiopia today.
I just received this message from our agency at 7:19 PM:
"Dossier is IN Ethiopia!!! Happy dance!!"
