Endris was able to join us for our 2nd annual Ethiopian New Year celebration. We had 40 or so people over from our adoptive families group and I cooked 6 different Ethiopian dishes for everyone. It brings tears to my eyes to see so many of the beautiful Ethiopian children who have come to the Chippewa Valley all together. What lovely sight.
