Endris flew out today, He had the opportunity to visit friends in Seattle and Washington D.C. before heading back to Ethiopia. We will really miss him. We had such a wonderful time laughing, talking, and praying together. I can't wait to get back to Addis to visit him and his beautiful family.
My parents took us all out to eat at the Olive Garden on his last night here. He loved the lasagna. Afterward we went back to our house for a farewell coffee ceremony and to watch the first presidential debate.
