She Is Ours!
At 8:00 yesterday morning (5:00pm in Ethiopia), Anne Belen Lukowitz legally became our daughter! Our agency director called in the morning and said that she was still in shock that our adoption has moved so quickly - praise God! We hope to know when our embassy appointment is by the end of the week and will likely be traveling in mid-January. Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement over the past several months.
