3 weeks ago today we met Annie for the first time. It feels like such a long time ago and we can't imagine our lives without her now. She has adjusted well and seems to be attaching really well. She has had a lot of firsts here in America and isn't too fond of car seats, snowsuits, or strollers. She loves to be held. She thinks animal noises are really funny. She can now say, "bye-bye" while waving and gives kisses when asked. She learned some English in 1 week! She is also very healthy (other than her cold). All of her labs came back normal- praise God! Here are some pictures of some of her new experiences:

Brooke, your baby girl is so beautiful! It's great to see her smiling and healthy in her new home. So happy for you and Matt!
ReplyDeleteAnnie looks so happy and well adjusted to her new home. I can't wait to meet her. Glad to hear she's healthy, a little cold never hurt anyone, builds up a strong immune system. Love to you all, Francene
