We are doing well here in the Lukowitz household. Annie has had a lot of fun and new experiences this past month. We had many visitors to help welcome her home.
We gave a presentation on Ethiopia and adoption in my mom's class at the Montessori school. The kids had a lot of good questions and Annie was quite a hit.
Annie experienced her first Easter and wore her first fancy dress.
She also went to her first hockey game to watch Daddy play in the old men's tourney (don't ask how they did).
She met Grandma and Grandpa Lukowitz for the first time last week after they came home from Florida. 
On Monday we went to the Cities to have lunch with our friend from Ethiopia, Rahel. We went to Ras Restaurant in St. Paul and the food was really good.
Rahel showed us an Ethiopian grocery store and a couple of Ethiopian salons where we can take Annie when she's older. She is going to teach me how to make a few dishes before she moves back to Addis in June.
