Big Girl Bed

It is official. Annie is a big girl! She spent her first night in a toddler bed a couple of weeks ago and has been doing really well. I was really nervous about the transition. I had visions of a little person poking my eyes in the middle of the night and repeatedly getting out of her bed during naptime. But, to my surprise, Annie has adjusted without any incidents. She goes to sleep as normal and still waits for me to come in and get her when she wakes. She treats her new bed like her crib. The transition was a little more tough on me, knowing that she's growing up so quickly and isn't a baby anymore.

She was so excited the first night she got to sleep in the bed. Our wonderful neighbors let us borrow the bed and the princess sheets! :)
